Eosinophilic Pelger-Huët Anomaly with Myeloproliferative Disorder

Abstract
Two patients with eosinophilia, leukocytosis, hepatosplenomegaly, and thrombocytosis had decreased nuclear segmentation in their circulating eosinophils. This acquired Pelger-Huët anomaly was not seen in the polymorphonuclear neutrophils of these patients. Histochemical and electron microscopic examination of the morphologically abnormal cells confirmed their eosinophilic nature.
