Abstract
We study the effect of the phase dependent conductance on the splay state dynamics of series Josephson arrays. In most cases, the splay states are destabilized, and the array evolves into a more coherent state, e.g., the in-phase state. A smaller parameter range exists where the splay state becomes attracting. Keywords
