Abstract
Eighteen eyes with congenital cataracts were surgically managed by pars plicata lensectomy and vitrectomy using the vitrophage. No major intraoperative or postoperative complications were encountered. All eyes have maintained extremely clear media, attached retinas, and absence of pupillary block during a follow-up period ranging from 12 to 36 months. This publication has 20 references indexed in Scilit:
