Abstract
A micro-analytical scheme for the determination of protein, carbohydrate, lipid and RNA levels in marine invertebrate larvae has been described in a previous paper (Holland & Gabbott, 1971). This addendum describes minor modifications to the scheme so that the level of DNA may be determined and includes a different procedure for the determination of RNA by u.v. absorption. DNA and RNA levels were determined in a number of nauplii and veliger larvae.Keywords
