Abstract
A series of compounds which antagonise the depressant activity of morphine in dogs is described. The most active compounds are the previously described 2:4-diamino-5-phenylthiazole and tetrahydro-5-aminoacridine. A mixture of both substances is more active than either alone. Certain antihistamine drugs display antimorphine activity. Keywords
