Abstract
T [thymus-derived] cell-mediated immunity against syngeneic murine tumor [X5563 plasmacytoma] was established, and in vitro and in vivo reactivities of T cells were compared. There existed a substantial decrease in in vivo immune capability of T cells from tumor-bearing mice.
