Electric Dipole Transition from the2f72Isobaric Analog Resonance to the2d52Ground State inPr141

Abstract
Electric dipole γ rays from the 2f72 isobaric analog state (2T0)12T|i to the 2d52 ground state |f in Pr141 were measured with a Ge(Li) crystal. The matrix element of the E1 γ transition, |f|mγT(2T0)12|i|, and that of the analogous first forbidden β transition, |f|mβ|i|, were obtained.
