Abstract
By means of the quantitative agglutination technic, antibodies against the type-specific antigens in antisera prepared with Shigella flexneri Types 1a, 1b, and 3 have been determined. It has been demonstrated that, with the exception of group-specific 6 antibody present in Sh. flexneri Types 1b and 3 antisera, the minor group antibodies represent only a very small fraction of the total antibody present in the serum. Keywords
