Abstract
A synchrotron for the production of 70‐Mev x‐rays has been built and tested. The general mode of operation, and various features of its design and construction, are discussed. Some preliminary information on the characteristics of the electron and x‐ray beams is included. This work has been supported by the Office of Naval Research.Keywords
