Abstract
Guinea pigs were immunized with homologous thyroglobulin in complete Freund’s adjuvant or BCG and killed tubercle bacilli. Their sera contained γ2-globulin, which in the presence of specific antigen inhibited in vitro the migration of blood leukocytes from nonimmunized animals. The γ1-globulin fraction did not. The relationship between the inhibitory activity of the two globulins and their hemagglutination titers was studied.
