Magnetization reversal study in permalloy bubble-propagation circuits with magneto-optical equipment of micron resolution

Abstract
Direct measurements of local magnetization in real‐size Permalloy elements of bubble‐domain propagation circuits with magneto‐optical equipment of micron resolution were made. Magnetization reversal in T−bars with linear dimensions of 4 to 40 microns was studied in various transversal and lengthwise fields as well as in fields applied at an angle to the bar axis. Dependence of magnetization distribution in T‐bars on the adjacent element magnetic state was found.
