Theory of inelastic collision: Extension to multiple turning point problems of uniform WKB theory

Abstract
The uniform WKB theory developed in the previous papers of this series is extended so as to deal with cases of multiple turning point problems. It is found that the results of the previous studies are in general usable piecewise with appropriate initial conditions and reference equations in each interval. Two‐ and three‐turning point problems occurring in two‐channel inelastic collision processes are specifically dealt with in this paper.
