Abstract
The angular distribution of electrons scattered elastically by hydrogen atoms has been determined for electron energies below 10 ev. The elastically scattered electrons arising from the interaction of crossed electron and modulated hydrogen-atom beams were examined over an angular range extending from 30° to 120°. The results are discussed with reference to other recent experimental and theoretical developments. Keywords
