We discuss pn and pp charge exchange scattering in terms of the Regge pole model with the diffractive correction along the line of previous papers on the π± photoproduction. We obtain a fairly good fit for the differential cross section (pn →np scattering at PL = 8 GeV/c) and further we have predicted the polarization and depolarization which provide the test to our diffractive correction theory.
