Abstract
By coupling with azo groups, enzymes can be fixed on resins without loss of activity as shown with diastase, pepsin, ribonuclease and carboxypeptidase. This will be of use for immunological studies and purification of enzymes.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
