Abstract
More than 90% of patients with sarcoidosis have pulmonary abnormalities that are easily recognizable on chest x-ray films as signs of the disease. The clinician must keep in mind, however, such atypical manifestations as pleural involvement, nodular infiltration, and unilateral lymphadenopathy. Keywords
