Abstract
The genus Gilloblennius Whitley and Phillipps, 1939, is redescribed, and currently includes two species, G. tripennis (Bloch and Schneider) and G. abditus n. sp. Trypterigium decemdigitatus Clarke, 1879, is placed into Ruanoho n.g. along with R. when n. sp. Detailed osteological comparisons are made. Both genera are endemic to New Zealand.Keywords
