Application of Millipore Filtration Technique to Cytologic Material

Abstract

A millipore filtration technique for preparing fluid specimens for cytologic examination is described. This method was designed for simplicity and for recovery of the maximum number of cells from all specimens, regardless of volume or cell concentration. The morphology of the cells was well preserved.
