Abstract
Conjugated polymers are key components of organic optoelectronic devices. To improve device performance and understand the intrinsic properties of the materials, ingenious architectures must be devised. Mazumdar highlights work reported by Nguyen et al. who use mesoporous silica as a host; single polymer chains are incorporated into individual silica pores, allowing electron transfer processes within and between chains to be studied in detail. Keywords
