Abstract
Branchinecta coloradensis (Packard) was found at 11,450 ft. in 2 isolated permanent pools, both probably completely frozen during winter. Apparently activity ceases in these Alpine species about Sept. 1. Time and manner of "seeding" isolated ponds is speculated upon. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
