Abstract
There is a discussion of the effect of temperature, medium viscosity and molecular biology. Bacterial flagella are compared with 9 peripheral fibrils of flegella of higher organisms (sea urchin sperm) by microscopy. Improved techniques involving the use of lasers and high speed photography may assist in these investigations. This publication has 18 references indexed in Scilit:
