Abstract
The 24-hr. excretion of free and conjugated histamine in the urine of 5 healthy men was determined before, during and after the daily admn. of 200 mg. of cortisone by mouth for 3 days. A modest but significant increase in free histamine excretion occurred during cortisone admn.
