Application of the Transducer Tube to the Recording of the Peripheral Pulse

Abstract

An application is given of the transducer tube (RCA # C798B) to the measurement of the small movements such as those appearing in the peripheral pulse. A frequency response of the pickup system as high as 100 cycles per sec. is easily obtained. An amplifier circuit is illustrated which is adquate to supply a crystograph direct writer.
