On the Deep Configurations of V I and Cr II

Abstract

The theoretical formulas for $d^3{s}^2$, $d^{4}s$, and $d^5$ are compared with the experimental data of V I and Cr II; the Cr II terms are assigned to configurations. The agreement remains practically unimproved by taking into account the interactions between configurations.
