Possibilities in the Resolution of the IssuesWhere does one start to break this self-defeating cycle? If more time is spent by radiologists in personal contact with patients, manpower shortages will be accentuated. There simply are not enough radiologists to spend the added time required to establish radiology as a direct, personal patient-care profession.
