Abstract
An intracranial histoplasmoma was successfully treated with surgical removal and amphotericin B. This is the 3rd reported case of its kind. Problems of pre-operative diagnosis in a patient with depressed cell-mediated immunity and no evidence of extracerebral dissemination were discussed. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
