Enlarging histoplasmomas following treatment of meningitis due to Histoplasma capsulatum

Abstract
An intracranial histoplasmoma was successfully treated with surgical removal and amphotericin B. This is the 3rd reported case of its kind. Problems of pre-operative diagnosis in a patient with depressed cell-mediated immunity and no evidence of extracerebral dissemination were discussed.
