Cytogenetic Studies in Unusual Forms of Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia

Abstract
Eleven patients with chronic myeloid leukemia were investigated for chromosomal abnormalities of their bone marrow. Two of these patients presented with atypical features; 4 cases were acute or subacute in their features and 2 patients had eosino-philic leukemia. The chromosomal abnormalities found in these patients are described; the significance is discussed in the light of hematological state and prognosis.
