Abstract
This series of three tutorial articles is intended to create an awareness of reliability and the factors affecting it, to unveil any mysteries that still prevail with regard to reliability, to indicate the underlying concepts concerning its assessment and application, and to show how it relates to economic constraints. This third and final article considers the assessment of distribution systems and general economic aspects relating to reliability. Keywords
