ANOMALOUS ORIGIN OF THE LEFT CORONARY ARTERY FROM THE PULMONARY ARTERY (BLAND-WHITE-GARLAND SYNDROME)

Abstract
The anomalous origin of the left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery is a definite pathologic and clinical entity. A review of the literature reveals 22 reported cases. Four additional cases are presented. Additional considerations explaining observations ions in this syndrome and a suggestion for the possible treatment of this malformation are presented.
