Abstract
The predominant cause seems to be functional disturbance of the auto-nomic nervous system resulting from emtional conflicts and causing tubal dyskinesia. This theory is based on the relationship between abortions (particularly induced abortions) and ectopic pregnancy, infertility and ectopic pregnancy, and on the high incidence of repeated ectopics in the same patient in whom the nongravid tube had been found intact during the first operation. Keywords
