Abstract
We develop a quantum theory of plasmons in a sawlike quasi-(1+1)-dimensional superlattice. The analytical expressions for coupled intrasubband and intersubband plasmons are obtained, which are compared with those in lateral multiwire superlattices with a complex unit cell. Keywords
