Abstract
A study of the conjugation of chloroquinol with glucuronic acid was carried out in the rabbit. Chloroquinol forms a monoglucuronide which was isolated and characterized as 3-chloro-4-methoxyphenylglucuronidamide. The structure of this glucuronidamide was proved. The results are discussed in relation to the orientation of glucuronic acid conjugation in some natural glucuronides. This publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
