Abstract
Our reported measurement of the radiative decay width keV appears anomalously low when compared with the basic unbroken SU(3)-symmetry theoretical prediction. Further comments concerning our method of analyses and our results are provided in hope of removing recent confusion. The analysis provides the phase of the transition as well as the amplitude, and a plea is made for theoretical effort on this phase.
