Magnetoresistance of weakly disordered electrons

Abstract
The magnetoresistance of a weakly disordered electron gas arising from spin splitting of conduction-electron energies is calculated and found to be positive. For large fields , it goes as in two and as in three dimensions. The sign is opposite that due to incipient localization.
