Abstract
A microdilution method incorporating the use of color-defined growth end points was compared with a conventional broth tube dilution procedure for susceptibility testing of Haemophilus influenzae with ampicillin and chloramphenicol. The microdilution method allowed rapid performance of dilution susceptibility tests with easily defined end points. Keywords
