Abstract
The adsorption method which is least complicated and gives good concentrates is described in detail. In animals and in plants a parallelism was found between the distribution of B2 and of the watersoluble, yellow-green fluorescent pigment, flavin. Adsorption of the flavin on Fullers earth in neutral soln. and elution with pyridin gave a yellow fluorescent soln. but without B2 activity.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
