INTENSITIES IN Σ–Δ AND Π–Δ TRANSITIONS OF DIATOMIC MOLECULES

Abstract

Explicit expressions are obtained for the intensity distribution in the branches of ¹Σ–³Δ, ³Σ–³Δ, and ¹Π–³Δ bands. They are valid with satisfactory accuracy for any value of the coupling constant of the ³Δ state.
