Abstract
This article provides a brief overview of the history, current status, and future directions of the Women's Health Movement. The links between feminism and women's health issues are drawn and reasons for their simultaneous occurrence are suggested. It is shown that health issues are seen by the Movement as suspended in the larger social context from which they arise. Keywords
