Intra-Atomic Hund's Rule and the Low-Temperature Properties of Nearly Magnetic Dilute Alloys

Abstract
The localized spin fluctuation theory is shown to account for the observed values of the ratio in a number of dilute alloys of the AIMn type, when orbital degeneracy and intra-atomic Hund's rule coupling of the impurity are taken into account.
