Abstract
The various sources of error in the determination of the Hausmann numbers of proteins are described, and a convenient micromethod by which they may be avoided is given. The presence of an uncontrolled amount of salt is shown to be an important factor in determining the composition of the precipitate of the basic fraction.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
