Abstract
Studies of 3 children with aneurysms of the thoracic aorta are reported. The clinical presentation, radiographic findings and etiologic factors are discussed. These lesions are associated with a poor prognosis and only 1 patient survived. The radiographic appearance of an enlarging mediastinal mass close to the aorta should suggest an aneurysm of the thoracic aorta. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
