Abstract
Denervation of a segment of the rabbit intestine by section and degeneration of the mesenteric nerves renders it more sensitive to the inhibitory action of adrenine and does not modify the action of acetylcholine. Each hypogastric nerve innervates the 2 uterine horns in the cat. Denervation of one of the uterine horns renders it more sensitive to the inhibitory action of adrenine. Similar results were recorded in vivo and in vitro. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
