An analysis of the circulating lipoprotein aggregates of the Sf 12-20, Sf 20-100, Standard Sf 0-12, and Standard Sf 12-400 classes is presented in 57 diabetics with clearly defined arteriosclerotic disease. It is found that these components fall largely into categories descr. as normal by Gofman and his associates in those diabetics free of diabetic nephropathy.
