Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 63-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital because of chills and fever.She was in excellent health until 10 years before admission, when she began to have episodes of asthma, which were treated with isoproterenol by inhalation. Two months before entry she lost her appetite and experienced night sweats; she lost 8 kg in weight. There was a mild cough, without sputum production or chest pain.
