A modified procedure for determination of microquantities of fluoride, based on the diffusion of hydrogen fluoride, has been described employing a plastic conway cell. Aqueous fluoride, urine, and dentin analyzed by this procedure have given nearly identical results as to those obtained by a standard procedure.
