Abstract
Superconducting (Nd, Ce)2CuO4-y thin films are prepared on MgO substrates using rf-magnetron sputtering. The resistivity drop is observed at around 10 K in the as-deposited film. After annealing at 1070°C in Ar, resistivity drops at 19 K and reaches zero at 14 K. The onset temperature in the magnetic susceptibility measurement is 12 K.Keywords
