Abstract
Total and free activities of several lysosomal enzymes have been measured after partial hepatectomy. Total acid-phosphatase and acid-deoxyribo-nuclease activities rise to maxima 3-5 hr. before the time of maximal DNA synthesis. The percentage free activities rise at the time of mitosis. Keywords
