Abstract
In TPTX as well as sham-operated rats, F increased periosteal bone formation, decreased endosteal bone formation and endosteal osteoid maturation rate, and increased endosteal bone resorption. Serum iPTH was not affected by F treatment. Thus, the effects of F on bone are not mediated by PTH.This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
