Abstract
Acute carpal tunnel syndrome is rare and usually is secondary to trauma, burns, infection or acute rheumatoid arthritis. A case is presented in which the acute syndrome was produced by Chondrocalcinosis (pseudogout or calcium pyrophosphate disease) of the wrist.Keywords
