Abstract
The frame-transformation theory is applied to a calculation of electron scattering from in the energy range of 1-10 eV. Results are presented for differential as well as integrated cross sections for pure vibrational and rotational-vibrational excitation processes. Our calculations are in very satisfactory agreement with experiment and are subject to easy interpretation.
